• Winners will be announced on April 8th, 2010.
  
  
• Only one entry per contestant.
  
  
• Must provide name(s) as it appears on deed, trust, or lender, along with the property address, contact information and required lender information.
  
  
• Applies only to late mortgage payments beginning in January 2010.
  
  
• Sweepstakes winners’ payments will be made to the lender, not the individual(s).
  
  
• Payment includes unpaid mortgage amount plus any interest or penalties. Maximum awarded amount per winner is $6,000.
  
  
• The property must be located in the State of Ohio.
  
  
• Those who provide false information or do not abide by all the rules will be disqualified.
