A homeowner could try to deal directly with the bank in this situation too, the bank will discuss their options but those are in the best interest of the bank, not them.  Halo Properties is going to point out all sides of the situation and explain to a distressed homeowner the pros and cons about a short sale, deed in lieu, filing bankruptcy or how to work on a program with the bank and possibly be able to keep the house.  For most homeowners, reaching this point of being for-closed on is overwhelming, emotional and stressful.  It is very hard to keep things in perspective and know which way to turn.  It's like Halo Properties comes along and takes them by the hand and says "Here, let me help you." and provides some peace of mind.
Third:  They benefit the buyer and buyer's Realtor.  This may seem hard to believe, considering how long it takes a bank to respond sometimes and how hard it is to wait as a potential buyer, Halo Properties has the same goal.  Get the house sold before it is for-closed on. They want to move through this process just as quickly as the buyer and their agent.  As a Realtor, working with buyers and writing offers on homes that are subject to short sale, I feel a whole lot of re-assurance when I know the process is being handled by Halo Properties vs. the listing Realtor or owner discussing the process directly with the seller's bank.  I don't want to wait three to four months just to find out that they are countering. Halo Properties gets things done!"

Another realtor received a call from a couple whose bank had instructed them to list their house for a Short Sale.  This agent called me, knowing that I am a Short Sale specialist.

Through other associates, I was introduced to Halo Properties and Derek Walkush.  Of course, at first, I was  completely  befuddled because I had not been trained to handle Short Sales from  a buyer’s perspective. My training came through the banks, so I had to relearn , in a sense.
